Shipping Policy

Due to the handmade nature of the product, no shipping dates can be guaranteed. Destinations within Europe will arrive in approximately two weeks after ordering, while shipping outside of the European Union is liable to take much longer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Any mistakes in workmanship will be fixed free of charge. We take no responsibility for incorrect handling and washing. In case of returns, 50% of the price of the product will be reimbursed, excluding the price of shipping.
